Who we are

VetMyProposal ("we," "us") operates the website at vetmyproposal.com, which provides free home-project cost calculators and an AI tool that reviews contractor proposals for homeowners.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us, including your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, project type, and the details or documents you submit for review. We also collect basic usage data (such as pages visited) through analytics.

Documents you upload

When you upload a proposal or contract for analysis, we process it only long enough to generate your review. The uploaded file is analyzed and then deleted right away. We do not store your uploaded documents.

How we use your information

To provide the calculators and proposal analysis, to respond to your requests, to provide customer support, to improve the service, and to connect you with contractor partners when you ask for help or a second opinion.

Sharing with contractor partners

When you request help, a second opinion, or a quote, we share your contact details and project information with vetted independent contractor partners so they can follow up with you directly. These contractors are separate businesses and use your information under their own practices. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.

Communications and consent

By submitting your details, you agree that we and our contractor partners may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your project. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts, unsubscribing from emails, or emailing us at the address below.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to run the site and manage inquiries, including hosting, analytics (Google Analytics), and customer-relationship tools. They may process information on our behalf to deliver the service.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@vetmyproposal.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
