Impact window quotes you can actually compare.

A $40,000 quote next to a $24,000 quote tells you nothing until you can see what each one includes. Describe your windows and doors once. We ask up to 8 licensed installers based in or near your city to price the same openings in writing, and we line up their replies item by item. Your name, email and phone stay private.

$149, with a money-back guarantee. Fewer than 3 quotes in 10 days and your $149 comes back, automatically. About 5 minutes to start.

Why two window quotes rarely match.

Most of the gap between window quotes is not hidden profit. It is different scope, written differently, so the totals cannot be compared.

Where quotes quietly differ

  • One installer counts 18 openings, another counts 21 because it includes the garage entry door and a slider.
  • One names the product and its Florida approval number. Another just says "impact windows".
  • Stucco, drywall and trim repair around each opening is included, left out or written as "as needed".
  • The permit, engineering and inspections are in one price and missing from another.
  • Sliding glass doors and entry doors are priced on their own, bundled in or not mentioned.

What we ask every installer to spell out

  • A price for each opening, so you can see the price per opening side by side
  • Brand, product line and the Florida Product Approval or Miami-Dade NOA number for each product
  • Frame material and glass type
  • Stucco, drywall, trim and paint repair after removal
  • Permit, engineering and inspections, and who pulls the permit
  • Sliding glass doors and entry doors on their own lines
  • Removal and disposal of the old windows, warranty years, start window and total

Anything an installer leaves out shows on your page as "Not mentioned in this quote".

How it works

One spec, priced the same way by every installer, so the totals are finally comparable.

  1. Answer a few questions and add photos.City and ZIP, how many windows and doors you want replaced, what you want them made of, any HOA rules and your timeline.
  2. Pay $149.We then write a one-page spec from your answers and photos.
  3. Review and approve the spec. You can ask for changes. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
  4. We send it to up to 8 licensed installers near you. Each installer is asked to price every opening and to list the product, its approval number, glass, stucco and trim repair, permit, doors, warranty, start window and total.
  5. Replies land on your comparison page.We email you as each one arrives. Anything an installer left out shows as "Not mentioned in this quote", with a question you can ask them.
  6. You decide what to do next.Tap "Introduce me" on a quote you like and we pass your name and email to that installer only. Or run any quote through our proposal analyzer, or do nothing.

Typical Palm Beach County prices

Planning ranges from our Palm Beach County window cost guide, per window installed. They are typical ranges, not quotes for your house.

  • Impact vinyl, standard sizes: roughly $625 to $975 per window
  • Impact aluminum: roughly $825 to $1,350 per window
  • Laminated glass upgrades and large or custom openings: roughly $1,250 to $2,350 per window
  • Whole house, 15 to 20 windows: roughly $12,500 to $28,500 before permit fees

Your comparison page shows each quote's price per opening, so you can see whether a gap comes from the product, the count or the extras.

Our sample report uses a roof job with made-up companies and made-up prices. Your impact windows page has the same layout, with the line items for your job.

  • Totals, price per opening and the lowest, median and highest quote
  • Google rating with the review count, and years licensed from the state file
  • What each quote left out, plus the questions to ask about it
  • Warranty, start window and every line item, side by side

Clear about what this is.

What you get

  • Your spec sent to up to 8 licensed installers, each with a license number on file.

What we do not do

  • We are not a contractor and not a licensed home improvement contractor.
  • We do not negotiate prices or manage the job.
  • We do not rank the quotes or recommend an installer.
  • We do not share your name, email, phone or street address with installers. You choose who to contact.
  • We do not charge installers or take referral fees for these requests.

Questions

Why pay when installers quote for free?

Free quotes often come with a sales visit, follow-up calls and a scope that is different for every installer, so the totals are hard to compare. Your $149 pays us to write one spec, ask up to 8 licensed installers to price that same spec in writing, and line up their answers item by item. Your phone number stays with us.

Will installers call me?

No. Installers do not get your name, email, phone or street address from us. Their replies come to us and show up on your private page. If you like a quote, tap "Introduce me" and we pass your name and email (and your phone, only if you choose) to that one installer. Nothing is shared with the others.

Will I really get 5 quotes?

We ask up to 8 licensed installers, aiming for 5 written quotes. Not every installer replies, which is why the money-back guarantee exists: if fewer than 3 quotes arrive within 10 days of sending, you get the full $149 back automatically.

What does "price per opening" mean?

An opening is each window or door being replaced. We divide each quote by the number of openings it covers, so an 18-opening quote and a 21-opening quote can sit side by side. If an installer counted differently from you, you will see it.

What is a product approval number, and why ask for it?

Windows and doors installed in Florida need a product approval: a Florida Product Approval number or a Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA). It points to the exact tested product. When every installer lists it, you can tell whether two quotes are for the same product or for different ones.

Who pays to fix the stucco and trim?

Taking out old windows often damages the stucco, drywall or trim around them. Some quotes include the repair and paint, some leave it out, and some say "as needed". We ask every installer to say plainly what is included, so the repair is not a surprise bill later.

Can I include sliding glass doors and entry doors?

Yes. Tell us how many sliders, entry doors and French doors you want replaced and we ask each installer to price them on their own lines, so they are not hidden inside one total.

Is the permit included?

Replacing windows and doors in Palm Beach County generally needs a building permit. We ask each installer whether the permit, any engineering and the inspections are in their price, and who pulls the permit.

Does this help with insurance or wind mitigation?

If your insurer or a wind mitigation inspection is part of the reason, you can add your insurer's deadline and we show only that date to installers. We do not give insurance advice and cannot tell you what discount, if any, you will get.

What do installers see?

Your city and ZIP, the window and door details you gave, your photos and the spec. If you add an insurance deadline, they see the date. Not your name, email, phone, street address or any insurance letter.

How do you choose the installers?

From our list of installers with a Florida license number on file who are based in or near your city. A person reviews each batch before it is sent. Installers cannot pay to be included, and they pay nothing to receive a request or if they are hired.

What if an installer wants to measure first?

Some installers will not give a final price without a visit. Their reply shows on your page as wanting to visit first, with their contact details, and you decide whether to call them. We never give them yours.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are automatic. If fewer than 3 quotes arrive within 10 days of sending, we refund the full $149 to your original card. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days. You can also cancel any time before we send your request to installers for a full refund.

What happens to my photos?

We delete our copies 60 days after upload. Installers we contacted keep the request and photos we sent them.

Is the comparison a recommendation?

No. The comparison lines up what each installer wrote. It does not score, rank or recommend anyone. The choice is yours.

Do you work outside Palm Beach County?

Not yet. If you are elsewhere, our free proposal analyzer still works on any quote you already have.
