How do you choose the roofers?
From our list of roofers with a Florida license number on file who are based in or near your city. A person reviews each batch before it is sent. Roofers cannot pay to be included.
Do roofers pay you?
No. Roofers pay nothing to receive a request or if they are hired, and we take no referral fees. You are our only customer.
What do roofers see?
Your city and ZIP, the roof details you gave, your photos and the spec. If you add an insurance deadline, they see the date. Not your name, email, phone, street address or any insurance letter.
What if a roofer wants to see the roof first?
Some roofers will not price a roof without a visit. Their reply shows on your page as "wants to see the roof first" with their contact details, and you decide whether to call them. We never give them yours.
My insurer says I need a new roof. Does this help?
Yes, if you are replacing the roof. Choose "Insurance requirement" as the reason and the spec tells roofers why the work is needed. You can add your insurer's deadline so roofers know the date, and keep the insurer's letter on your private page. How do refunds work?
Refunds are automatic. If fewer than 3 quotes arrive within 10 days of sending, we refund the full $149 to your original card. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days. You can also cancel any time before we send your request to roofers for a full refund.
What happens to my photos?
We delete our copies 60 days after upload. Roofers we contacted keep the request and photos we sent them.
